Located on a peninsula in Cape Verde, this contemporary marina development creates a striking coastal vision. Physically linked by footbridges that stem from the city, the project creates a series of stepping stone development pontoons from which the architecture emerges. Roof terraces, cascading gardens and infinity pools provide a unique landscape setting.
