Oldham consists of five different districts, each with its own unique place character, challenges and opportunities. Recognising that Oldham’s Growth Plan can only be truly deliverable by unlocking opportunities across all the districts, Layer.studio is currently leading geo spatial mapping to understand district communities and evidence genuine local need. Working with residents and communities Layer.studio and the wider team are developing District Place Visions and Plans for each of the five areas in the Borough, shaping proposals from the ground up.
