Exciting times are ahead for Layer Studio! We’re delighted to announce that after 18 months of growing our presence in the North East, our team is moving to a brand-new, dedicated studio space at High Bridge Works, right in the heart of Newcastle City Centre.
So, why the big move? High Bridge Works is more than just a building – it’s a dynamic creative community that’s home to some of our long-time friends and collaborators. Having our own spot in this creative hub means we’ll be surrounded by the talent, ideas, and energy that drive us to keep pushing boundaries and delivering our combined Landscape+Urbanism offer.
The decision to establish our own space comes on the heels of some truly exciting projects that have kept us busy. One of our standout achievements has been the Newcastle East High Street community lead regeneration project, which has seen incredible momentum and is now being extended to Adelaide Terrace in the West. This extension opens up even more opportunities to shape inclusive, vibrant spaces for the local community, and we’re thrilled to be playing our part.
With a strong pipeline of projects lined up, Layer Studio is also gearing up for growth and looking to expand our talented team. We’re on the hunt for passionate people who share our love for creating places that inspire and connect communities.
