Supporting young people by providing access to Built Environment experience in a professional context. is proud to be one of the first organisations to support PLACED’s PLACED Academy.


PLACED Academy is a programme designed to inspire the next generation of place makers from the North West about the built environment. The programme offers an array of events and professional development activities, to develop the skills of participants, make their CV stand out from the crowd, build confidence and prepare them for their next steps.


Open to anyone in Years 10, 11 or 12, PLACED Academy has an emphasis on being accessible to all and pushes for diversification in the creative sector. Unlike many courses, it is completely free to attend the year long programme. offer participants in insight to the built environment professions, and in particularly the world of landscape architecture and the breadth and diversity of the profession. are proud signatories of UK Landscape Architects Declare Climate & Biodiversity Emergency.

Landscape Architects Declare aims to inspire landscape architects to stand side-by-side, using our collective voice – and action – to create this more sustainable future. At practice level, recognises the climate and biodiversity emergencies as the defining challenge of our time, and the unique position we are in to be able to combat the challenges we face. Our response as a studio is fundamentally embedded in our Commitment to Community and Climate Charter.
